Books were always a big part of my life as a child. I still love stories such as The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe and I can remember the feeling of going with my mum to buy it! Loads of others followed and books about horses, pets and animals were always firm favourites.
As a child I was never allowed a dog of my own so when the time was right, myself and my husband brought Matilda into our lives. From there it only seemed right that I share the fun we have with others and thats how I came to write The Lady Matilda - A Terrier's Tales.
